What the extension uses

The panel reads your DialPool username, account ID, access status, rank, XP, PUCKS balance, streak, calling statistics, session history, and the player standings available in your current arena. When you click a control, it sends the selected activity or session action to DialPool so the service can save your progress.

Signing in happens on the DialPool website. The extension does not read your password or extract your authentication cookie. Browser requests made on the DialPool tab use the website’s existing signed-in session.

What stays on this device

Sound, volume, keyboard, and motion preferences are stored in Chrome’s local extension storage. The connected DialPool tab identifier and any unconfirmed action needed for retry are stored temporarily for the browser session. The panel holds the account and gameplay data it displays in memory. Extension preferences and temporary data are removed when the extension is uninstalled; uninstalling does not delete your DialPool account or activity already saved by the service.

Optional dial sync

Google Voice detection is opt-in. Pending detected-call events are stored in Chrome’s local extension storage for retry for up to 24 hours while the browser runs, and are checked for expiry when it starts again. They are deleted when confirmed, expired, disconnected, or the extension is removed. The connection’s player ID and last sync status stay on this device until disabled or uninstalled. DialPool saves event receipts to prevent duplicates and keeps the resulting session activity with your account.

PutPad / HighLevel uses separate account authorization and signed server events. DialPool saves provider location and user identifiers, event identifiers, timestamps, and sync results. Raw call payloads, contact details, recordings, provider access tokens, and refresh tokens are not retained by this connector. Disconnecting stops future imports; saved game activity remains unless deleted using DialPool’s account controls.

Permissions

Side panel: displays your controls beside other tabs until you close or minimize the panel.

Optional access to voice.google.com: recognizes outgoing call state only after you enable Google Voice sync.

Scripting: registers the packaged Google Voice detector after permission is granted.

Alarms: retries unconfirmed detected dials once per minute, including while the panel is closed.

Storage: remembers extension preferences and reconnect information.

Access to thedialpool.com: finds your DialPool tab and uses a narrowly scoped connection script to request account and arena data and submit your game actions. The extension does not request access to all websites, browsing history, your contacts, microphone, clipboard, or downloads.

Other websites and sharing

By default, the extension does not read other websites. If you enable Google Voice sync, an isolated script observes outgoing call controls and call-state labels on voice.google.com. It sends only a random event identifier, the DialPool player ID, and the call timestamp. It does not collect phone numbers, contact names, conversations, audio, messages, or typing. No PutPad page contents are read. Keyboard shortcuts for logging activity run only inside the focused panel and ignore form fields. The extension has no advertising, analytics service, remote executable code, or sale of user data. Its data requests go only to DialPool. Your controls and support

Use Settings in the panel to change or reset preferences. Sign out on the DialPool website to stop account access, close its tab to disconnect, or remove the extension from Chrome. Pausing and finishing gameplay are separate controls inside Play.
