Refund Policy
DialPool offers $20 monthly subscriptions and designated $80 one-time lifetime purchases. All sales are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Digital access
Your purchase unlocks the selected access plan for the DialPool account identified at checkout. Access is intended to activate after Stripe confirms a successful payment. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund previous charges. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
All sales final
Because account-bound digital access is delivered after payment confirmation, purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Choosing not to use the service, losing access to your device, or changing your mind does not create refund eligibility.
Billing or delivery problems
If you believe a charge was duplicated or unauthorized, or a completed payment did not unlock the correct account, use the support details provided with your Stripe receipt. Include your DialPool username, payment date, and Stripe receipt or checkout reference so the transaction can be investigated.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
