Terms of Use
These terms govern your DialPool account, monthly subscriptions and lifetime-access purchases, gameplay records, and use of the service.
Using DialPool
DialPool is a competitive call-tracking application. You are responsible for lawful use of the service, the accuracy of activity you record, and keeping your account credentials secure. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another player's account, manipulate match results, or abuse chat and social features.
Accounts and access
Access is bound to an individual account. Existing eligible accounts and valid private invitations may receive lifetime access without payment. The standard plan is US $20 per month, automatically renewed until cancelled. A separate US $80 one-time lifetime offer remains available through designated links. Existing lifetime purchases and valid free lifetime invitations remain lifetime access.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By choosing Unlock Access, you authorize the displayed charge and, when selecting the monthly plan, recurring monthly charges until you cancel and agree to the Refund Policy. All sales are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscription cancellation
Use Manage Subscription in your account to cancel renewal. Cancellation at the end of a paid period keeps access until that period ends. Failed or unpaid renewals can interrupt monthly access. Admin access grants and incentives do not change Stripe charges or cancel a subscription.
Game records and availability
DialPool stores calling-session, score, progression, social, and match records needed to operate the product. Competitive actions may be rejected when a session has ended, authorization cannot be confirmed, or the service detects a duplicate or invalid update. Features may change as the product is improved.
Service changes
Lifetime access refers to access for the operational life of the DialPool product and does not guarantee that every feature, mode, reward, or integration will remain unchanged. DialPool may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service.
