Install in Chrome

Download and extract the ZIP. Keep the extracted folder somewhere permanent on your computer.
Open chrome://extensions. Turn on Developer mode in the top right.
Choose “Load unpacked.” Select the extracted folder containing manifest.json.
Pin DialPool. Open Chrome’s Extensions menu (the puzzle icon), then pin DialPool.
Open the DialPool icon and connect. Sign in on the DialPool tab it opens. Keep that tab open; a pinned tab is handy.

Connect your dialer

Manage PutPad / HighLevel connections to count supported call events without keeping DialPool open. PutPad must authorize its HighLevel connection first.

For Google Voice, open the extension’s Settings → Enable Google Voice · Beta and grant access to voice.google.com. Keep a signed-in DialPool tab open and use the English Google Voice interface. Detection requires outgoing call controls; clicking a call button alone is not counted. This detector needs real-call validation and may miss calls if Google changes its interface. Check your first call in the panel and use manual controls if needed.

Your first synced dial can start Live Pool automatically. Conversations, meetings, and sales stay manual. Turn sync off in extension Settings or on the connections page.

Everything you need beside the call

Play

Start Solo, Open Floor, or Power Dialer sessions. Log dials, conversations, meetings, and sales. Pause, correct mistakes, and finish.

Arena

Follow your current arena’s live standings. Join a competitive match in the full app, then use the panel to log its activity.

Career

See your daily activity, total stats, rank, XP, streak, PUCKS, and recent completed sessions.

Settings

Adjust sounds, volume, keyboard controls, and motion. Your preferences stay on this device.

Open, switch tabs, minimize

The panel stays open when you change tabs in the same Chrome window. Use the − button to minimize it, then click the DialPool toolbar icon to reopen. Minimize keeps the session intact; use Pause when taking a break.

Ctrl + Shift + Y opens the panel on Windows/Linux; Command + Shift + Y on Mac. You can change this in chrome://extensions/shortcuts. With the panel focused, use Space for a dial, C for a conversation, M for a meeting, and S for a sale. These keys do not capture typing in other tabs or form fields.

Connection help

Already had DialPool open before installing? Refresh that tab once, then choose Reconnect in the panel.

Nothing is saving? Check your internet connection and keep a signed-in DialPool tab open. Only confirmed actions update your totals. If a response is interrupted, use “Retry same action” or refresh and keep the saved totals.

Signed in under a different account? Reconnect before logging more activity. The extension follows the account signed in at thedialpool.com.

Your DialPool account must have active product access. The extension does not unlock paid features or place calls automatically. Chrome on phones and tablets does not support this desktop extension.
